Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

At Pack’n Travel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help. Our Return Policy is designed to be straightforward, fair, and in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Changed Your Mind? 14-Day Return Period
You are entitled to return your order within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without having to give any reason. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued in accordance with our returns policy.
Requesting a Return – Step by Step with Pack’n Travel
Follow the steps below to initiate your return easily through your online account:
1. Click on the People icon
Desktop: Locate and click the small People ( ) icon in the top right-hand corner of our website. in the top right-hand corner of our website.
2. Enter your email address
Type the email address you used when placing your order into the designated field, then click the Login button.
3. Verify your login
A verification code will be sent to your email address. Please check your inbox, copy the code, paste it into the login page, and click Next.
4. Access your profile and orders
Once logged in, your profile will be displayed, showing your order history and Pack’n Travel membership details. If your item has been delivered, click the Request Return button next to the relevant order.
5. Complete the return form
A return form will appear, allowing you to select a reason (optional) and add any relevant notes. Once completed, click Request Return again to submit your request.
6. Await return instructions
We will review your request and, if approved, you will receive an email containing return instructions, along with a shipping label or QR code, where applicable. After your item is received and inspected, your refund will be processed. Refunds are typically issued within 7 to 14 working days and returned to your original payment method.
Conditions for Returns:

Items that show signs of use or damage not due to our fault may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly supplied.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and quality checking all of our orders. However, if you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at: 📧info@packntravel.co.uk.

We will offer a replacement or full refund, including return postage, once the issue is confirmed.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed through your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process and reflect the refund in your account.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Lost or Delayed Returns
We recommend using a tracked postage service for returns. Pack’n Travel cannot be held responsible for returns lost or delayed in transit.
